2. All Sales Are Final – Due to the custom and handmade nature of our work, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
    
3. Shipping & Liability – Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for any damages, losses, or delays that may occur in transit. Any issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
    
4. Processing Times – Each piece is made with care. Estimated production and shipping times are listed on product pages, but delays may occur due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances.
    
5. Custom Orders – Any custom work requires full payment upfront. We reserve the right to refuse requests that do not align with our artistic vision. Once production has begun, changes cannot be made.
    
6. Intellectual Property – All designs, artwork, and content on this site belong to Good News Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used without written permission.
    
7. Privacy Policy – Any personal information collected during checkout is used solely for order fulfillment and communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
    
8. Use of Products – Our products are for decorative purposes unless otherwise stated. We are not liable for any misuse, improper installation, or damage caused by handling after delivery.
    
9. Dispute Resolution – Any disputes regarding purchases must be addressed within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to resolve issues, but final decisions are at our discretion.
    
10. Changes to Terms – Good News Studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
